For Pahlisch Homes, breaking ground on our new Deschutes Landing community has been just that. Groundbreaking. Led by Dennis Pahlisch together with his wife, three sons, and a passionate team of professional designers, architects and builders, Pahlisch Homes is a Bend, Oregon-based, family owned business. With more than two decades of leading edge community development to our credit, the Pahlisch Homes legacy includes more than 1,700 satisfied homeowners in over 30 neighborhoods. In 2005, the Central Oregon Builder’s Association (COBA) bestowed Pahlisch Homes with a total of 16 awards including four Best of Show honors for our various homes in Central Oregon. Today, our heritage continues to grow with several new neighborhoods and high desert living communities.
